Finally we landed on this beautiful island for 3D2N holiday after 3 months of planning. Super thanks to Jojo for organize this trip from hotel & packages booking, air-freight booking & etc...We are in group of 9 person travel to Pulau Redang from 10/04/2014 - 12/04/2014.

We take the hotel packages from Redang Beach Resort which is only RM 399 per person for quad sharing room include 3 day 2 night stay with 2 x breakfast, 2 x lunch , 2 x tea break, 1 x dinner & 1 x BBQ dinner and 3 x snorkeling (2 x open sea & 1 x marine park). This consider as budget packages & worth enough.
At first we plan to going there by driving, but consider of long hours of driving we finally give up and choose to go by freight. Jojo book the freight with Air Asia 2 month earlier which took us RM 172.50 per person include seat & booking fees.
We arrive airport about 5am and having our breakfast at McDonald. Total damage breakfast for two is RM20. We have morning freight at 7.00am but freight delay until 7.30am, when we check out from Terengganu airport it already 8.30am. Our resort had arrange a bus to pick up us from airport to Jetty (Syahbandar Jetty) which cost us RM30 per person for 2 way from airport - jetty - airport.

Jetty - Pulau Redang take another 1.30 hours on ferry (ferry ticket already include in packages). We arrive the resort at 11.30am. Everyone is so excited look at the clear blue sea. The sand so white and soft.
While waiting the check in time at 1pm, we have our lunch 1st at New Town cafeteria (already include in packages).
Sharp 1 pm we get the room, have a short rest then change shirt for first snorkeling session at open sea. A bit excited and nervous, because it my first time snorkeling at open sea and i even do not know how to swim! As the trainer say we do not have know to swim, only know to float is enough for snorkeling. So, i brave up myself to try this water activity.

We pay RM30 for snorkeling equipment + life jacket for 3 days usage & RM5 for marine park ticket per person. The 2nd day we have a marine park snorkeling in morning & open sea snorkeling at noon. Due to not apply sunscreen when my first day snorkeling, my skin burn, pain & more darker now (sad).

Early check out from our room at 10am. We not wait too long for the ferry to transfer us back to Syahbandar Jetty. As our freight is at 9.30pm so we rest at Redang Beach tour agency rest room and they will pick us to airport at 7pm. We having our lunch & dinner at Kuala Terengganu and cost us RM 64.00 for this two meal. We depart to airport after the dinner & arrive at LCCT at about 10.30pm.
